Mississauga, ON – Infra Pipe Solutions Ltd., a leading North American manufacturer of large-diameter, High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and structures, has announced the successful acquisition of Endot Industries LLC as of October 9, 2020.
Endot Industries LLC, headquartered in Rockaway, New Jersey, USA, produces small diameter HDPE pipes to service waterworks, natural gas distribution, and fiber optics communication duct and inner duct. The acquisition of Endot Industries LLC also includes Endot’s two facilities: Greenville, Tennessee and Pryor Creek, Oklahoma.
