Infra Pipes Solutions proudly welcomed customers, partners, and community leaders to its newly renovated Jacksonville, Florida production facility during a special open house event marking the plant’s official relaunch. The event brought together industry peers from across the Southeast to tour the upgraded operation, meet the Jacksonville team, and see firsthand how Infra Pipes is expanding its North American footprint to better serve the infrastructure markets that depend on high-quality HDPE pipeline solutions.
The Jacksonville site, now the largest of Infra Pipes’ six North American manufacturing facilities, represents a $4 million investment in modernization, safety, capacity, and customer experience. The 169,000-square-foot facility includes fully redesigned production lines, new equipment, and a completely reworked environment focused on efficiency, reliability, and a modern, safe workspace for employees. Infra Pipes plans to create 60 new local jobs, with nearly 40 team members already on staff.
“This new site is critical as our company continues to grow and we’re proud to make this significant investment in Jacksonville,” said Nicholas Dent, Jacksonville Plant Manager. “We set out to build a facility that elevates the customer experience and gives our employees a great place to work.”
During the open house, customers toured the full production floor, viewed demonstrations of new safety and operational systems, and met with engineering and leadership teams to discuss upcoming capabilities and expanded service coverage across the United States.
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive:
“The Jacksonville Plant opening was a superb event. I had an opportunity to tour the operation and see and hear about all of the improvements – from the paint to the roof to the safety enhancements, all extremely impressive. The entire event was well sequenced, and a terrific balance between the business and the relationship development that is so critical in our industry. Well done, Team Infra!“
