Michael Fisher joined Infra Pipes in December 2025 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 30 years of operational leadership experience across global, multi-site manufacturing organizations. He is responsible for overseeing operations, procurement, supply and demand planning, and engineering, with a focus on operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement across Infra Pipes’ North American footprint.
Prior to joining Infra Pipes, Michael served as Chief Operations Officer at Construction Specialties, where he led multi-site manufacturing operations, engineering, supply planning, and business unit management across North America. Earlier in his career, he spent more than two decades at Harley-Davidson, advancing from production roles to General Manager of flagship manufacturing facilities, and played a key role in developing world-class operating systems and enterprise manufacturing ERP platforms. Michael also held senior leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker as Vice President of Manufacturing, overseeing global production for leading tool brands, and at West Shore Home, where he served as COO for the nation’s largest home renovation company.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Penn State University and has completed advanced leadership and graduate-level coursework at Marquette University, the Helzberg School of Business, and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. An avid motorcycle rider, he brings a hands-on leadership style and a deep commitment to building high-performing teams and resilient operations.
