Sabrina Fabina is the Chief Financial Officer of Infra Pipes Solutions, where she is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, reporting, capital management, and risk governance. Since joining the organization in 2019, Sabrina has played a pivotal role in the financial due diligence and integration efforts for three acquisitions and played a key role in the sale of the company, supporting a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
Sabrina began her career in public accounting with Ernst & Young (EY), where she spent over a decade working with a diverse portfolio of clients including public companies, government entities, and privately held organizations. Her experience spans multiple industries—energy, aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and food—providing a strong foundation in financial reporting, complex accounting matters, and regulatory compliance. During her tenure at EY, Sabrina led numerous financial statement audits, quarterly reviews, acquisitions, and IPO engagements, as well as advised clients on the design and implementation of SOX internal controls and other financial governance frameworks. She advanced to the position of Associate Partner before transitioning to her current role as CFO at Infra Pipes Solutions. Sabrina holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). In her personal time, Sabrina enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations with her husband and two children, attending her kids’ sporting events, and hosting memorable gatherings for family and friends.
