Chris Rodgers joined Infra Pipes Solutions in 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing more than 20 years of global experience in commercial leadership, engineering, and operational transformation. He oversees IPS’s sales and marketing strategy across North America, with a focus on accelerating growth, strengthening customer relationships, and building a high-performance commercial organization.

Before joining IPS, Chris served 14 years with IMI. In his last role as Vice President, Americas, at IMI Hydronic Engineering, he led a team to stability through the pandemic followed by tremendous growth that continues today with the team he built through customer centricity and employee engagement. His career at IMI also includes roles across the U.S., Europe, China, and Brazil, where he drove key account turnarounds, led channel strategy redesigns, and managed complex commercial and technical programs across several industries. Earlier in his career, Chris held engineering roles at Northrop Grumman and Southern Nuclear.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from the College of William & Mary. Based in Dallas, he is known for his collaborative leadership style, strong commercial acumen, and commitment to building empowered, customer-focused teams.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys watching sports, including his Auburn Tigers, traveling to exotic or culturally enlightening destinations with his wife and contributing to the preservation of historic homes and classic cars.
